Tomatoes to the “Marsalese”

Ingredients: -6 tomatoes of medium maturation and equal dimensions
-300 gr. of mayonnaise -200 gr. of boiled lobster skinless -12 leaves of basil.
Directions: Wash the tomatoes, remove with a knife the superior
part and extract the stalk and the seeds and you pay attention to don’t break
the tomatoes. Drain, until dried. Cut the lobster, and with the mayonnaise and
stuff the tomatoes. Decorate with the other lobster and the leaves of basil.
Store in refrigerator for half hour.
