Sfincione
Prep. Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
-1kg. of bread dough -oil of best-quality -500 gr. of peeled tomatoes -100 gr.
of caciocavallo cheese -2 anchovies -3 onions -salt and pepper.
Directions:
Roll out the bread dough leavened, (buy it in a bakery) and place in an
heat-resistant pan, greased of oil. Pour over the dough the breaking up peeled
tomatoes, the onion cut thinly, the shredded anchovy, the flakes of
caciocavallo, salt, pepper and oil. Bake in a preheated
260 degrees oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, dredge of oil and
serve.
