Pancake

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -6 artichoke -3 kg. of broad -1 kg. of peas –1/2 glass of vinegar -30 gr. of butter -1 spoon of sugar -oil of best-quality -salt and pepper -some leaves of mint.

Directions: Cut the stalk to the artichokes, detached the external leaves more hard, cut the others to half height, peeled broad and peas. Saute onion cut thinly in butter and oil, until browned. Add the broad, the peas and the artichoke, cook for 10 minutes adding water, salt and pepper. After some minutes, add vinegar and the sugar and leaves of mint. Cool. Serve the pancake, on a large dish.
