Spaghettoni with olives
Ingredients:
-400 gr. of Spaghettoni (kind of pasta) -400 gr. of peeled tomatoes -2 cloves of
garlic -6 spoons of oil of best-quality -24 black olives -2 spoons of pickled
capers -1 Chilli pepper -1/2 glass of milk -chopped parsley -salt.
Directions:
Brown
the garlic and the chilli pepper and remove the chilli pepper. In the meantime
cook the spaghetti in salt-water. Add the olives stones less and cut to pieces,
the capers and peeled tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes, add the milk and continuing
the baking for others 10 minutes. Add salt, if it is necessary, and then toss
the cooked spaghetti with the sauce.
