Spaghetti
"To the Carrettiera"
Ingredients:
-400 gr. of Spaghetti -50 gr. of bacon -60 gr. of fresh sausage -300 gr. of
capsicum -70 gr. of onions -200 gr. of peeled tomatoes
-white wine -2 spoons of grated parmesan cheese -2 spoons of oil of
best-quality -30 gr. of coarse salt -a
few of fine salt -black pepper.
Directions:
Cut thinly the onion, the capsicum, the bacon. In a casserole heat the oil and
brown the onion. Add the bacon and shredded sausage skinless, cook for 5 minutes.
Add wine, the capsicum and the peeled tomatoes drained from their liquid. Add
salt and cook for 20 minutes to medium heat. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the
gravy, grated parmesan cheese and black pepper.
