Spaghetti with Lobster

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -400 gr. of spaghetti -1 lobster of 1 kg. -1 onion -1 mature tomato -1/2 glass of white wine -salt and pepper -oil of best-quality -30 gr. of butter -a lot of parsley.

Directions: Wash the lobster, tie the tail to a tablet of wood therefore dip for 1 minute in hot water. Remove from heat, untie and cut in pieces with a knife. Saute onion cut thinnest in butter and oil. Add the breaking up tomato skinless and seedless, add salt and cook for 5 minutes. Add the lobster and bath with wine. Evaporate and cook still for 20 minutes, adding water.
