White eat

Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
A litre of whole milk -75 gr. of starch -50 gr. of cracked pistachio nut -4
orange leaves or 4 lemon leaves -50 gr. of minced cinnamon –250 gr. of sugar.
Directions:
You take a casserole and spill in it the milk, the sugar, the starch and stir
all. Therefore strain the mixture for eliminate eventual lumps. Pour the mixture
in a pot and cook over moderate fire and stirring constantly, with a wood
spatula. When the cream begin to boil, extinguish the heat and you stir fast
with a whip for some minutes, therefore add the minced pistachio nuts. Then pour
the mixture in a humid mould or small goblets. Decorate with the lemon or orange
leaves for aromatize and when the “White eat” is cool and make dense, take
it off to the mould. Dredge with the minced cinnamon.
