Torrone (Kind of nougat)

Ingredients:
-1kg. of almonds skinless -1kg. of sugar -1/2 lemon (to use like spatula in
order to smooth the torrone) -oil of best-quality.
Directions:
Dip for some minutes the almonds in warm water and remove their film. Put in a
pot, add the sugar and cook over a low flame, stirring, avoiding that the sugar
is attacked to the bottom, until melted and remove from heat. In the meantime
grease with oil the table of marble. Pour the torrone and roll out with the half
lemon. Cool and cut in pieces with a strong knife.
