Sweet Cous Cous

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -1/2 Kg. of bran hard grain –100 gr. of chocolate –gr. of pistachio nut -100 gr. of almonds toasted and minced -10 gr. of cinnamon in powder -30 gr. of icing sugar.

Directions: You put the bran in a container. With the fingers bathed of salting water knead with a rotatory motion of the fingers in order to get a little balls large like the head of a pin. Dry for three hours in a tablecloth. Steam: put the bran in the central part of the pot, only when the water begins to bubble. Now cover the couscous with a bathed cloth. Keep on the heat for 45 minutes, then replace the bran in the container, and sprinkle with a little cold water and let stand for 15 minutes. Replace the cous cous in the pot and cook still for 20 minutes. Take off from the heat and cool. Add some icing sugar, the almonds, the flakes of chocolate and the chopped pistachio nuts. Dredge with the cinnamon. Stir and serve in table.
