Soft ice-cream of Peaches
Prep.
Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
-1kg. of peaches -juice of two lemons.
To
make the syrup:
-400 gr. of sugar -4 decilitres of water.
Directions:
Mix the water and the sugar in a small pot and cook over a low flame. Simmer for
2 or 3 minutes, stirring every so often, until very thick. Remove from heat and
cool. Cover the syrup. Place into the sieve the peaches skinless and stone less,
add to syrup and the juice of lemon and cool. Pour in an ice-cream machine.
