Ingredients:
-100 gr. of almonds -1 kg. of flour -400 gr. of sugar -10 gr. of cinnamon -1
clove -1 spoon of yeast -butter and flour for the heat-resistant pan.
Directions:
Place the flour on a container, add the minced toasted almonds with the peel,
the cinnamon, the chopped clove, the sugar and the yeast dissolved in water.
Work until smooth and elastic dough. Make some biscuits highs 4 cm and wide 2
cm. Grease of butter and dredge of flour the heat-resistant pan, put in it the
biscuits and bake in a preheated oven for 10 or 15 minutes.
