of water-melon
Ingredients:
-1 red water-melon of 5 Kg. -100 gr. of sugar for every litre of juice -80 gr.
of starch for every litre of juice - 20 gr. of plain chocolate -flower of
Jasmine.
Directions:
Fuse the flower of Jasmine and breaking up the water-melon skinless and seedless,
pour the juice obtained in a pot, add the starch, the sugar and the
instilled of Jasmine. Put the pot over low heat, stirring constantly, until
thicken. Pour in a mould. Cool for an hour. Flavour with the plain chocolate cut
in pieces. Decorate with other flower of Jasmine.
