Ice cream of Fruit

Ingredients:
-1 kg. of fruit subdivided in: -300 gr. of peaches -300 gr. of apricots -300 gr.
of pears -3 bananas -lemon juice -1lt of syrup to sugar -1/4 of litre of peach
syrup.
Directions:
Wash the fruit, cutting to large slices stone less, seedless and coreless. Peel
the bananas and cut to slices. Breaking up the fruits. Measure the volume and
prepare equal amount of syrup of sugar (32°), and cool. Stir the two
ingredients and add the lemon juice. Balance, with peach syrup, the strength of
the mixture that will be 18°/19°. If it is inferior, add sugar syrup. If it is
in excess, add water. Pour the mixture in ice-cream machine and switch on, until
done.
