Ice cream of Country

Ingredients:
-1 Kg. of sugar
-150 gr. of chopped almonds skinless -150 gr. of entire almonds skinless -100 gr.
of water -100 gr. of pistachio nuts skinless -candied fruit -food dyes -
powdered cinnamon.
Directions:
Put in a pot the sugar and the water, simmer stirring constantly. When the sugar
will be softened like a cream, add the chopped almonds. Add the entire almonds,
pistachio nuts, the candied fruit cut to pieces and a few of cinnamon. Divide
the mixture in equal part and colour it. Put the parts in a stamps. Store in
refrigerator for 12 hours. Remove from the stamps, cut to slices and serve.
