Tomatoes au gratin
Prep. Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
-8 mature tomatoes -2 salt down anchovies boneless -20 grams of capers -150
grams of bread crumb -oil of best-quality –salt and pepper -basil.
Directions:
Cut in two part. Empty, salty and drain turn over in a pot. Melt the anchovies
in the oil, stirring with a wood spoon, therefore add the capers, the basil and
remove from heat. In the meantime toast the bread crumb in a frying pan greased
of oil, until browned. Stuff the tomatoes with the anchovies and place in an
heat-resistant pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
