Stuffed Capsicum

Ingredients: -150 gr. of bread crumb -40 gr. of  raisins and pine-peed -120 gr. of grated parmesan cheese -2 anchovies -30 gr. of capers -oil of best-quality -salt and pepper to taste.

  Directions: Wash the capsicum and remove the petiole set aside. Combine a spoon of oil raisins, the pine-peed, the anchovies chipped, the bread crumbs, the grated parmesan cheese, the capers, salt and pepper and abundant oil. Stuffed the capsicum. Close with the petiole and place in an heat-resistant pan. Bake in a preheated 220 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
