Tuna to the Ragout
Prep. Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
-an hunt of 700 gr. of tuna -1 glass of vinegar -3 cloves -2 cloves of garlic
cut thinly -7 tomatoes -oil of best-quality -salt and pepper -oregano -1 onion
-average glass of wine.
Directions:
Make some small holes in the hunt of tuna, and put the garlic and the cloves.
Cut thinly the onion and brown it in a pot with oil. Add the tuna brown adding
the wine. Evaporate. Add the breaking up tomatoes, seedless and skinless. Add
salt, pepper and oregano. Add the vinegar, lower the heat and complete the
baking. Cool and serve with the gravy.
