Tuna and Onions
Prep.
Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
-600 gr. of tuna cut in slices -4 white onions -flour -oil of best-quality -red
vinegar -salt and pepper -10 leaves of mint -sugar.
Directions:
Wash and dry the tuna. Dip the slices into the flour adding salt, eliminate the
superfluous flour and fry in hot oil until browned. Put on a sheet of
blotting-paper. In the meantime, cut thinly the onions and brown it, in the same
oil where have fried the fish. Cover and every so often stir adding water. Cook
for an hour to the lowest heat, until done. Flavour with vinegar, salt, mint,
sugar cook for some minute. Put the slices in a dish and pour the gravy over.
