Stuffed Squid

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -4 squids from 250 gr. everyone -250 gr. of bread crumbs -3 anchovies -2 tablespoons of salt down capers or pickled -2 tablespoons of pine-peed -2 tablespoons of raisins -1 clove of garlic -Oil of best-quality –a lot of parsley  -salt and pepper.

Directions: Cut the head and tentacles from the body of the squid. Reserve and chop the tentacles. Remove the quill and peel the colored skin from the body. Brown the chopped squid tentacles. In another pot, cook with lukewarm water, the capers, the pine-peed, the raisins, and the anchovies until soft, and add the chopped squid tentacles. Toast the bread crumbs and add with the chopped parsley, the garlic and the salt to the combine. You remove from the heat after some second and stirring constantly. Stuff the squid with the mixture and seal ends with wooden picks. Place squid in the prepared baking dish, add salt, pepper and oil. Cook for 30 minutes in oven. Serve very warm in a servings platters.
