Soup of fish

Make 4 serving

Ingredients: -1 kg of fish -4 slices of grouper -1 scorpion fish of 300 gr. -1 squid of 250 gr. -6 little octopus -300 gr. of lobsters -200 gr. of clams -300 gr. of mussels -1 onion -Oil of best-quality -3 cloves of garlic -parsley -1/2 glass white wine -500 gr. of canned tomatoes -salt and chilly pepper.

Directions: Brown in a frying pan the cloves of garlic and the onion cut thinly. After some minutes, put in the frying pan the combine of fish: the slices of grouper, the scorpion fish and the squid cut to rings. Brown and add wine, salt and chilly pepper. Add the tomato breaking up with a fork. Cook to low fire for 20 minutes. Wash the mussels and the clams, and steam in a pot with oil and garlic, until all the shell have opened. After that, pour it in the combine. Dredge with chopped parsley and serve in individual plates with crouton.
