Sicilian steak

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients: -6 sticks -2 cloves of garlic –oil of best-quality –100 gr. of green olives stoneless -100 gr. of paprika –a lot of celery -50 gr. of capers -5 tomatoes -1 spoon of origan  -salt and pepper.

Directions: Brown the garlic in a pan with the oil. When it is ready, take it off, and put into the pan the meat slices. Cook to alive fire for 3 minutes on both sides. Add the olives, the paprika cut in two parts and seedless, the celery diced, the salting capers, the canned        tomatoes diced, seedless and drip. Add salt, pepper and the origan and cook for some minutes. Therefore turn off heat  and serve the meat with the gravy.
