Salad of Stock fish

Time: 90 minutes
Ingredients:
-1kg.di stockfish -2 leaves of laurel –a lot of rosemary -two lemons –a lot
of parsley.
Directions:
Put a pot full of water over heat and put in it the stockfish cut to pieces.
Simmer for 30 minutes with the rosemary and the laurel. Dry, cool and remove the
fishbone. Place in a serving platters, flavour with oil of best-quality, lemons
juice and the chopped parsley.
