Roast pork to the oranges
Prep.
Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
500 gr. of Loin of Pig -90 gr. of
onions -3 oranges -1/2 glass of
white wine -1 brandy spoon -a few of margarine -1
spoon of flour -1 cloves of garlic
-a few of rosemary -2 spoons of oil of best-quality -salt and black
pepper to taste.
Directions:
Squeeze the oranges. Taken the grease out with a sharp knife to the loin, you
spit to the centre the rosemary and dip in flour. In a casserole hot the oil and
the margarine and saute onion and the garlic. Add the roast and brown it on both
sides, then sprinkle with the brandy and the wine. Evaporate to alive fire, then
add the orange juice, strew with salt and pepper, lower the heat and cook for 30
minutes. Serve roast cut into slices, pour sauce over and seasoning with the
slices of the third fresh orange.
