Rabbit to the Cacciatora

Ingredients:
-1 rabbit -1 onion -1 celery -200 gr. of green olives -capers -1/2 kg. of
tomatoes -flour -1 cup of broth -1
glass of vinegar -1 spoon honey -oil of best-quality -salt and pepper.
Directions:
Cut
the rabbit to pieces, clean, drain and dip it in flour. Brown the rabbit pieces
so that the inside is cooked and the outside takes a beautiful gilded colour.
Melt the honey in the vinegar and add to the rabbit. In the meantime, prepare
the gravy with the onion cut thinly, the diced celery, the olives stoneless, the
breaking up tomatoes, capers, salt and pepper to taste: cook for 15 minutes. Add
the cup of broth and simmer. Now, place the pieces of rabbit in the gravy and
cook for others 15 minutes. Serve warm.
