Pork to the Marsala Vine

Ingredients:
-800 gr. of pork -60 gr. of lard -1/2 glass of Marsala -1 spoon of flour -60 gr.
of butter -salt -pepper.
Directions:
Fry the slices of pork in the lard. Place in a serving platters and flavour with
salt and pepper. In the meantime, pour in the frying pan, together the gravy of
baking, the Marsala, add the flour and cook for 1 minute, until very thick.
Add the butter in pieces and when it is melt, pour gravy over the pork.
