Pork chop Stuffed

Ingredients:
-6 pork chop -200 gr. minced of pig -200 gr. of liver of pig -50 gr. of salami
-100 gr. of caciocavallo cheese -1/2 litre of meat broth -2 hard eggs -1 onion
-Oil -salt and pepper -1 glass of red wine.
Directions:
Cut the liver and add the minced of pig, salt, much pepper and a lot of red
wine. Put a spoon of the mixture between the two slices of every pork chop, that
have opened to book, and add a few of caciocavallo cheese, a slices of hard eggs
and a slices of salami. Close the pork chop. Now in a pot with oil brown a cut
thinly onion. Add the pork chop, the wine, the broth and cook for an hour to low
fire. Remove from the heat and serve in table.
