Meat-ball to the Basil

Makes 4 servings

  Ingredients: -300 gr. of minced meat (first cut of veal) -3 dl of sauce béchamel –basil -2 eggs -50 gr. of grated parmesan cheese -100 gr. of flour -salt and pepper -oil.

  Directions: In a container combine the minced meat, the sauce béchamel, salt, pepper and stir delicately. Add abundant chopped basil, the eggs, the parmesan cheese and knead, until smooth. Make many meat-ball of the largeness of a walnut, dip in flour and fry in abundant hot oil, until browned. Place in a sheet of blotting paper to eliminate the superfluous oil. Serve warm.
