Fish fry
Prep. Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
-1 Kg. of assorted fish (cuttlefishes, shrimp, lobster, sole, mullet and squids.)
-200 gr. of flour -1 litre of seed oil -2
lemons -salt.
Directions:
Clean up the fish, eliminating shells, backbone, entrails etc. Drain well. If
the cuttlefishes and squids are very big, divide the forelocks from the body and
cut in pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan with the high edges. Dredge the fish
of flour than dip in the hot oil, until done, little pieces for time, beginning
from small cuttlefishes, squids, because they need of a long time of baking.
Drain and put on a sheets of blotting-paper. Place the fish in a serving
platters, and flavour with salt. Serve with the lemons cut to slices.
