Ingredients:
-400 gr. of meat of veal (1 slice) -200 gr. of ham cooked -250 gr. of sausage
-100 gr. of caciocavallo cheese -1 onion -3 slices of bacon -2 eggs -2 cloves of
garlic -1/2 glass of red wine -a lot of parsley -a litre of tomato sauce -Oil of
best-quality -salt and pepper.
Directions:
To make the filling: cut the ham, the sausage, the bacon, the caciocavallo,
parsley and the garlic. Add an egg and works with the hands. Stuff the meat,
roll and tie up with a string. In the meantime brown the onion in a pot with
oil, add the meat until browned on both sides. Add wine and tomato sauce. Cook
for two hours to low heat, until done. Cool and cut to slices. Place in a
serving platters and pour sauce over.
