Dentex to the Crazy Water
Prep. Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
-1200 gr. of dentex (kind of sea bream) to trance from 200 gr. -4 mature
tomatoes -1 clove of garlic -average onion -oil of best-quality -salt and pepper
-chopped parsley -1/2 glass of white wine.
Directions:
Brawn the onion cut thinly with the clove of garlic. When the onion and the
garlic are gild, add the trance of dentex and bath with the wine. Evaporate, add
salt, pepper and the tomatoes skinless and the seedless. Now take the garlic
off, cover and cook over moderate fire for 15 minutes. During the baking, avoid
of stir but agitate the pot, so that the ingredients to mix and they don’t
catch to the bottom. Add some water if it is necessary. Serve the trance of
dentex very warm in a serving platters, dredge with abundant parsley.
