Cutlet to the Vinegar

Ingredients:
-600 gr. of lean meat of veal cut to slices -200 gr. of bread crumb -2 blinked
eggs -50 gr. of grated parmesan cheese -200 gr. of flour -2 oranges -2 glasses
of vinegar -a lot of parsley –oil of best-quality –salt and pepper.
Directions:
Place the slices of meat in a container full of vinegar for twenty minutes. Dip
the meat into the flour, therefore in the egg and after in the bread crumbs,
dredge of grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Fry the cutlet in a
frying pan with abundant oil and when they are gild place on a sheet of blotting
paper in order to eliminate the superfluous oil. After some minutes, place in a
servings platters, garnished with slices of orange. Serve in table very warm.
