Salad of Octopus

4 servings
Ingredients:
-Some octopus of 1 kg. everyone -1 clove of garlic -2 lemons -oil of
best-quality -salt and pepper –abundant chopped parsley.
Directions:
Boil the octopus in a great pot with salting water for 15 minutes. Remove from
heat and let stand in the water for others 20 minutes. Drain and cut the octopus
and place on a servings platters. In a cup combine oil, salt, pepper and garlic
cut to pieces. Pour the sauce over the octopus and add the lemon juice, the
chopped parsley and serve.
