Mussel au gratin
Prep. Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
-1 Kg. of mussel -3 cloves of garlic -bread crumb -a lot of parsley -a little of
chilly pepper -oil of best-quality -salt.
Directions:
With a small knife to remove the scab from the shells, pulling the part that
coming out from every clam to remove the most possible, clean along under
running water. Put it in a wide frying pan with the chilly pepper and the cloves
of garlic. Close with a cover and steam until all the mussels have opened.
Remove from the heat, open the mussels eliminating the empty shells and that are
close. Preheated 180 degrees oven. Chopped parsley and the two cloves of garlic
and mix it in a cup with the bread crumb, salt and oil. Place the mussels on the
slab of the oven and stuffed with a teaspoon full of bread crumb mixture. Bake
in a preheated for 10 minutes.
