Fried Olives

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -500 gr. of black olives -1 white onion -oil of best-quality –2 cloves of garlic -1/2 glass of vinegar -origan.

Procedure: Cut thinly the onion and brown in a pot with oil. After some minute add the black olives. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes and serve in table. The olives can be prepared in many way. Rather than use the onion can be use the garlic, vinegar and origan. Brown the 2 cloves garlic, add the olives and the vinegar. Add the origan.
