Cacio “all’Argentiera”

  Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -400 gr. of caciocavallo cheese -2 cloves of garlic -Oil of best-quality -1 tablespoon of vinegar -salt and pepper –origan.

Directions: Cut and brown the cheese to thin slices with the cloves of garlic in a frying pan with warm oil for five minutes. Remove from the oil the garlic and add the tablespoon of vinegar. Evaporate the vinegar and dust the pieces of  caciocavallo cheese with the origan. Cover the frying pan and cook for five minutes. Remove from the heat the frying pan and arranged the slices of cheese on a serving platters. Serve very warm.
